Stock, price and ordering
What do you have in stock?
The 64-Port 2G/3G GSM Modem Pool, at £449 with UK mainland delivery included. Live stock is shown on the product page. The 8, 16 and 32-port 2G models are available to order and delivered in 3 to 5 weeks.
Is the £449 price an offer?
Yes. Our usual price for the 64-port unit is £539. The offer price applies while it is shown on the site; there is no countdown and we will not pressure you.
How many can I order online?
Up to ten units per order, subject to stock. For more, or for delivery outside the UK mainland, use the trade enquiry form.
Do you charge VAT?
The price shown is the price you pay. An invoice is emailed with every order; if you need it made out to a specific company name or purchase order number, reply to your confirmation email.
Can I pay by bank transfer or purchase order?
Online checkout takes card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link through Stripe. Bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice is available for trade orders; ask through the trade form.
Compatibility and technical
Will it work on UK networks?
Yes, on 2G. UK 3G is switched off, so the 2G/3G modules register on 2G with EE, Vodafone and O2 SIMs (and their MVNOs). Three has no 2G, so Three SIMs will not register. See the UK guide.
Is it 4G?
No. It is a 2G/3G unit and we describe it as such. Some marketplace listings call this hardware 4G; ours does not.
What SIM sizes fit?
Standard and micro SIM. Nano SIMs need an adapter.
What software works with it?
Anything that drives serial GSM modems with AT commands on Windows or Linux: Gammu-SMSD, Kannel, playSMS, commercial SMS servers, or your own code. Each channel is a separate serial port.
How fast is it?
Plan on 20,000 to 35,000 standard messages per hour across 64 channels in good signal. See the 64-port SMS gateway explainer.
Do I need all 64 SIMs?
No. Fit as many as you need; unused modules switch off individually.
Can it make voice calls or use data?
It is sold and supported for SMS. Voice and data are not use cases we support on this unit.
What are the exact frequency bands and dimensions?
Confirmed on request before dispatch. We publish only figures we have verified; email us with your requirement and we will check the modules fitted to current stock.
Delivery
How quickly will it arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within one working day on a tracked, signed-for courier service and arrive in one to three working days. You receive the tracking number by email. See delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland and international destinations are quoted individually through the trade form.
Legal and returns
Why do you ask about intended use?
Because the Crime and Policing Act 2026 requires suppliers of devices that can use five or more SIMs to verify buyers and keep records from 29 October 2026. Full explanation on the lawful use page.
What is the warranty?
12 months return-to-base against manufacturing defects. Consumers also have their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See returns and warranty.
Can I return it if it is not suitable?
Consumers can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and return the unit unused in its original packaging; return carriage is at your cost. Business purchases are covered by our terms of sale.
