1. Who we are
GSM Modems UK is a trading name of Bohzo Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15031604, registered office Companies House Default Address, Cardiff, CF14 8LH. Email: order@gsmmodems.co.uk. "We", "us" and "our" mean Bohzo Ltd.
2. The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation after successful payment. We may decline an order at any time before dispatch, including where buyer verification (clause 6) is not satisfied, and will refund any payment in full.
3. Products and specifications
Products are described on the site as accurately as we can. Specifications are those we have verified from the manufacturer's documentation and the units; where a figure is stated as unconfirmed, do not rely on it without asking us. Mobile network availability (including 2G and 3G service) is determined by operators and is not warranted by us. Images are of the product type supplied; minor cosmetic variations may occur.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the price you pay; UK mainland delivery is included unless stated otherwise. Offer prices are shown against our genuine usual price and apply while displayed. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. If a pricing error is obvious we may cancel the order and refund you before dispatch.
5. Stock
Stock levels shown for units held in the UK are live, and those units are reserved for you for 30 minutes when you proceed to payment. Units marked "available to order" are purchased from our supplier after you pay and delivered within the lead time shown on the product page (normally 3 to 5 weeks); if the supplier cannot fulfil within that time we will tell you at once and offer a full refund or an alternative. In the unlikely event that stock is unavailable after payment, we refund in full.
6. Lawful use and buyer verification
The products are "SIM farms" within the meaning of sections 151 to 153 of the Crime and Policing Act 2026. By ordering you confirm that you, or the organisation you represent, will possess and use the equipment with good reason or lawful authority; that the information you give at checkout is accurate; and that the equipment will not be used for unsolicited or fraudulent messaging, unlawful account creation, evading network or platform controls, or any other unlawful purpose. You agree that we may verify the information you give, including against public registers, and that we will keep a record of the supply as the Act requires. This equipment is supplied to be used with good reason or lawful authority under the Crime and Policing Act 2026 and not for the purpose of making calls or sending messages in connection with fraud or other crime. We may refuse or cancel any order where verification is unsatisfactory.
7. Delivery
As set out on the delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on receipt of payment in full. Delivery dates are estimates.
8. Cancellation, returns and warranty
As set out on the returns and warranty page, which forms part of these terms. In summary: consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery; every unit carries a 12-month return-to-base warranty against manufacturing defects; your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Use of the equipment
You are responsible for compliance with all laws applying to your use, including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, UK GDPR, operator terms and the Mobile Telephones (Re-programming) Act 2002. We provide technical support by email but do not warrant that the equipment is suitable for any particular application beyond that described on the site.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, for business customers our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business, data or consequential loss. For consumers, our liability is as required by law; we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
11. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their local courts). If any clause is found invalid the rest continue to apply. We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
